2021 was the first year that Chicco worked with Babypalooza. Unfortunately, our country was still dealing with the pandemic which made it difficult to have live events.  Fortunately, Babypalooza had a great plan in place to host the events virtually.

Cecilia and the team have a clear vision of providing education to moms and dads in search of much-needed information.

The virtual events have been well organized and well run. We were able to reach many new parents through Babypalooza and also reach parents of more than one child.

It has been rewarding to be able to explain products, demonstrate products, and educate parents and caregivers virtually.

Working with Babypalooza has been a successful endeavor.

I have exhibited at Babypalooza for a couple of years and they are the best-organized events on my schedule. There is a lot of quality pre-show marketing and on the day of the event there are always more than enough staff on-site, signs and promos and other setup and takedown stress easers.

The energy of the event is upbeat and fun and very family oriented. The venues are well thought out and parking and traffic (both in the venue and around the location) is not a problem. There is a consistent attendance of well-qualified parents and a steady base of exhibitors as well as a nice attendance of local companies. Both the traditional and new media surrounding the events is very well done and reflects media management that keeps on trend.

Most importantly, Cecilia is a professional problem solver. She is kind and considerate and immediately resolves any issues in a way that doesn’t cause additional drama or turmoil. She’s one of the rare people born to put on these types of events and does it well. She listens to new perspectives and keeps searching for ideas and updates to the shows to make them more profitable for vendors.

This is one of the very few shows where I have exhibited where I felt a sincere interest to know what results my company needed and we had a dialog to reach those goals from both sides.

You may register up to a couple of days prior to the event as long as space is available. Most of our events sell out. We encourage you to register as soon as possible.

Booth fees range fro $425 for a single 10 X 10 space to $650 for a double 10 X 20 space

A single booth includes one 6' table and two chairs.

A double booth includes two tables and two chairs.

Electrical access from the convention centers and table covers may be purchased for an additional fee.

Yes, if you are a 501-c3 non-profit that offers FREE services to women or children you may apply here for our non-profit grant.

For most events set-up is the Friday from 1:00 to 5:00 PM and the Saturday of the event from 8:00 to 10:00 AM.

Once your reservation is confirmed you will receive detailed load-in information via email.

No, to have a great looking show and to be fair to all we only allow one business per exhibit.
